I’ve been browsing over your blog the past couple of months and you have really inspired me to start my own!! Finally did after a really hideous weekend! I’m looking into starting running again with cycling plus the healthy eating. I’ve been a veggie for 20 years but have the most truly shocking diet so I’m guess I’m looking up to you a little bit! I hope my blog gets a lot better in time and with new ideas for meals. In the mean time, if I were to use your (food) ideas and of course credit them to you and your website, would you be ok with that. Like I say I’m new to this and cooking in general! Loving your passion for oats! Way too many people seem to think they are dull and that a lukewarm bowl of porridge first thing in the morning is the only route to getting these fabulous fat busters into your day – as a Scot, I can testify that a steaming bowl of porridge with a drizzle of runny honey gives you a culinary hug at any time of the day! Great site. Lots of great, quick and healthy recipes and btw don’t know anything about horses but your Chika has quite beautiful black legs!
